Y3 Kind Notes
As part of our English (The Write Stuff) we had an experience session about kindness. We watched The Happy Prince, talked about different acts of kindness and enjoyed writing anonymous kind notes to someone in class. The kids loved it, it was so lovely seeing them reading their kind notes.

Y3 Orienteering
Year 3 loved PE today, working together to build a den.
Y3 VE Day 2021
Year 3 have #enjoyed every minute of our VE day remembrance and celebrations! They fully #embraced our WWII Now Press Play experience and the VE day zoom session. Then after a street party lunch they #evolved their military drills in PE. Great work Year 3
Year 3 - 6 Times Table
Year 3 have been working hard and having fun learning the 6 times table. They have been singing and dancing along to it. chanting it, counting in 6s with their eyes closed and reciting it as a times table. Great work Year 3.

Year 3 Guided Reading
Reading, reading, reading! Year 3 have worked well with lots of reading this week. They have read in groups and as a whole class.
Year 3 Science Summer 1
Our science topic this half term is Animals including Humans. We chatted about why living things need food and started looking at the Eat Well Guide. We labelled the 5 food groups and found out which foods are in each group.

Year 3 loved, loved, loved being back in PE lessons. This half term PE is orienteering.
Year 3 Loving School
Year 3 have enjoyed lots of activities this week. They’ve made yellow heart sun catchers for National Day of Reflection, loved team games in PE, some girls have worked with Ms Noon in the hangout, plus lots more.
Year 3 Maths Whizz!

Year 3 have had a lovely week. They have been working super hard in English following The Write Stuff technique. They have been concentrating so hard all week.
Also this week we have had our first virtual gathering and superhero dress up day for Comic Relief.
