Year 2 - Adding and subtracting across a 10!
In year 2 this week, we got a little messy with our whiteboards and pens. We really focussed this week during maths on adding and subtracting across a 10. We exchanged our 10 ones and swapped them with 1 ten so we could add up the total easier!

Year 1 - Science - Sinking or Floating
Year 1, enjoyed a practical Science lesson. We learnt what happens to an object when it is floating or sinking in water. We used our previous knowledge about materials to make predictions about certain objects, predicting if would float or sink when we put them in the water.
