To round off #Remembrance2019 Week, Year One visited the cenotaph in the Victory Garden at the front of school! Before we went we talked about why people visit cenotaphs and what they mean. We took some time to say a silent thank you to all those people who died in the World Wars to keep others safe. They were so respectful and thoughtful - the Delph Side values were shining today!
