As part of Black History Month, today we have been learning about Muhammad Ali.  It was really interesting finding out about his life, especially when he was growing up, he was segregated. He was not allowed to go to school, restaurants or public places where white people went.

 

Also in English we have been looking at Nelson Mandela’s biography, which fits well with Black History Month. The children have found it really interesting.
