In Year 3 our remembrance week focus is D Day, we have enjoyed learning about it over the past two days.  Year 3 have been very inquisitive and intrigued about the Battle of Normandy.  So far we have read about D Day and answered questions, ordered and described the events of D Day, discussed the significance of poppies and responded in writing to a picture of a soldier surrounded by poppies.
