Year 2 have been spending Remembrance Week learning a little more about the war effort back at home! We have studied the role of women during the war and had a look at propaganda posters outlining some of the other efforts that took place at home whilst the soldiers were at the front. From growing our own vegetables to working in munitions factories - everybody had a part to play!
