Year 1 embraced Safer Internet Day!
They loved the Digiduck story and enjoyed learning about how easy it was for him to spend his parents money whilst playing a game. The children discussed ways to keep safe online and who to talk to if they were scared, worried or unsure about something online. The wise owl asked the children to create some posters, drawing pictures of people who could help them if needed when online.
We had a great discussion and it was lovely to hear the children understanding the importance of staying safe online!
