Pre School looked at the vegetables within the story of Supertato. We looked at the journey of the vegetables from the fields to our homes. We then looked at the process of how to make soup, we spoke about the importance of washing our hands and being safe and careful when using the vegetable peelers and knives. We worked hard to peel and cut the vegetables. We put our ingredients in the slowcooker, when it was ready we blended the vegetables to make our soup. We then had a taste, lots of children came back for seconds, it was delicious! #enjoy #embrace #evolve.
