Reception- Goldilocks crime scene

Today the children returned back from lunch to discover that their role-play area had been cordoned off. They were trying to figure out what had happened. They looked for clues... 3 beds, a broken chair and 3 bowls of porridge, however, the small bowl was empty. Some children said 'It's Goldilocks!'. We searched everywhere for Goldilocks but she was no where to be seen. We spotted a letter from the bears saying how they felt awful that they had scared Goldilocks away. They asked if we could help make some more porridge and hoped that Goldilocks would return soon. They made some porridge and spoke about the texture and described what it tasted like, we think Goldilocks is going to love it!
