During maths, Reception children have been looking at patterns. They looked at different types of patterns and designed their own T shirt, this moved onto AB patterns eg red,blue,red,bue etc. The children have worked hard to figure out what comes next within a pattern using objects and used the objects to then create their own pattern. We looked at making patterns with our bodies eg standing up, sit down, stand up , sit own etc. WOW! Mrs Brady was impressed!
