To celebrate Black History Month, Year 1 learned about Martin Luther Kings inspiration speech. The children discussed how if was 'unfair' for many black people many years ago and they were inspired at how inspiration Martin Luther King was. Year 1 they designed their own speech bubble starting with the 4 famous words 'I have a dream'.
The children were so engaged through out this lesson and asks lots of interesting questions.
