As part of our geography topic on the rainforest, Year 5 travelled to a small indigenous tribe located in the heart of the rainforest (aka Longridge) where they embraced the experience. We learnt all about life in the rainforest, before the loggers came and nearly destroyed the very forest we were in. Our pupils were very passionate about saving the rainforest and we acted out a court seen where they fought to win the land back. Which we did! 
What a day! Well done Year 5 for embracing the experience fully and making it so much fun! #embrace
