Year 6 - Aspirations - Day 5 - Local Artist!
Year 5 and Year 6 loved a visit from Thomas Johannessen's dad, Les, who showed his amazing artwork. Members of staff asked to purchase some of his work - amazing! The children were blown away and loved their session. Delph Side can't wait to get Les back in soon!
Y6 Aspirations-Day 5 - Lathom High perform for us!
Lathom High paid us a special musical visit to inspire us into musical careers! Year 7 to Year 11 children performed some fantastic pieces for us, before we asked questions about their musical talent. A great start to Day 5.

Year 6 - Aspirations Week-Day 3- Paramedics!
Year 5 and Year 6 were amazed when they found an ambulance parked on our playground! We met 3 paramedics, one of whom is Daisy's dad. We learnt CPR, used some life-saving equipment and got to see inside the ambulance - what an experience!
Nursery-Aspirations Week-Wigan Runner
We have been very active this afternoon with the Wigan Runner! They accomplished 3 half laps of the school playground, they did a super job!
Year 4 - Running with the Wigan Runner
Today, Year 4 took part in a running session with Matthew, the Wigan runner. He informed us about how we can become runners and how to make sure we take care of our body, especially in the lovely sunshine. Year 4 #embraced running 10 laps with the runner and enjoyed the cool down session…
