Today, we started our new Science topic of Solids, Liquids and Gases. We looked at the properties of each states of matter and learned about the difference in atoms. 

We then investigated what happens when some solids and liquids are mixed. The children mixed together cornflour and water and couldn't believe what happened. When the mixture came together or we touched the mixture it was in a solid form. Then when we let go the mixture turned into a liquid. We had great fun and loved investigating the different matters.
