Year 2 did some fantastic exploratory fieldwork today as we compared an old aerial photograph of the playground to the playground as it is now! In groups we went out to take photos of any changes to the playgrounds human and physical features! We discussed the word 'aerial' and thought about why aerial photographs might be useful for navigation purposes.
