Today Pre School read a story all about Smartie the Penguin, who wished for a new tablet for his Birthday He got his wish, but whilst playing on his tablet lots of unsafe things began to happen such as people asking him for his name and address and false information about Polar Bears (emphasising that not all information on the internet is true). The children had to help Smartie make the right decision in telling his mum and dad and make sure that Smartie always asks for help when he wasn't sure about something whilst using the internet. They coloured in a picture of Smartie and sang a song to help him remember! #embrace #evolve #SaferInternetDay
