Year 3 had a thoroughly enjoyable day as they enjoyed a Greek workshop day from Delve into History.
The children spent the morning learning about life in Ancient Greece and the difference between life in Athens and Sparta.

In the afternoon, it was a chance to explore different Greek costume and even dress up as a hoplite!!

We even had a chance to explore some artefacts from Ancient Greece and look closely at them to see what they told us about life in Ancient Greece.

Finally, we learnt how to play the game knucklebones which was quite tricky! Our record was catching 2 of the stones!!
