What a fantastic day Year 4 have had visiting the various courses of the River Wyre! We started in Abbeystead, where we completed some fieldwork by getting into the river (Year 4's favourite bit!). Next, we headed to Garstang to spot some meanders before ending in Knott End to watch the river go out to sea. We finished with a nice cold ice cream before heading back to school. The weather was on our side too!
