This week, in Year 1 we have been learning all about Remembrance day, WW1 and WW2. We focused specifically on how children were evacuated and sent to live with other families. The children in Y1 packed their suitcases, made their own name tags and headed on their journey. Unfortunately they were stopped by an air raid siren and had to take cover under the tables!
Thankfully we are all safe and sound.
