Today we have been learning about the importance of keeping healthy. In PE we looked into the importance of exercise and the effects it has on our body. Our science lesson was to think about eating healthily and what are favourite fruit and vegetables were. We then tasted black grapes, pineapples, tomatoes, sugar snap peas and carrots. We also talked about different types of feelings and discussed which were good and bad, as a way of considering how to improve our mental health.
