Year Six are hard it at from the get-go, on Maths Whizz from 8:45!
Year Six Mud Day!
Year Six had an absolute BLAST getting all muddy and making their own muddy creations in the sun! Great team work, communication, lots of sensory work and just having a right laugh with each other - it's been lovely!
Year Six Bikeability
Year Six have been excellent during their Bikeability training! They have picked up new skills and developed existing ones as they learn how to safely ride on the roads!
Year Six Silent Disco
Year Six busted out some quality dance moves, and some terrible dance moves in our silent disco today! All with helping Asmall Primary School in mind!
Year Six Mini First Aid
Year Six were fantastic throughout our afternoon of First Aid training! They asked great questions, listened well and proved their understanding during practical tasks.

Y5 Perimeter with Mr Morris
Year Five were great during our perimeter lesson today. We investigated rectangles that have a perimeter of 20 (cm) and discovered that there a number of rectangles that can be made with a perimeter of 20.
Year Six orienteering - final lesson!
Year Six have absolutely loved their orienteering PE sessions this half term! They have developed communication skills, teamwork, problem solving, map skills and most importantly, had fun!
Y6 Online Safety
Year Six contributed some great thoughts and ideas during our online safety lesson on 'empathy'. We discussed the reasons why people may fall out, and discussed how we should not react by using social media to vent our frustrations in times of upset.

Year Six - Science present their results
Year Six have been taking results from their shadows investigation and presenting them on a line graph. We learnt how to structure our graph with equal increments and a suitable scale.
We then reviewed our results and discussed if any variables influenced our findings.
Year Six - Find the 'shape' of newspapers
Year Six have been finding the 'shape' of newspaper reports, today! We pieced together some examples of reports and discussed which features appear in a set order, and which we can have more flexibility over.
