Super start to the week with our handwriting
Great concentration and effort to the start the week in handwriting. We are trying so hard to write our letters the correct size and taking care to join our letters correctly. As you can see, it takes a lot of concentration!
Year 1 - Sorting materials in Science
We were really impressed with Year 1's work with Materials today! They sorted objects into all sorts of different categories using properties of the materials we had explored! It's so wonderful seeing them soak up all that vocabulary and use it in learning!
Year 2 - Mini First Aid
Year 2 thoroughly enjoyed their Mini First Aid session. So informative. We know about treating cuts, calling for an ambulance and how to put someone in the recovery position.

Year Six Mini First Aid
Year Six were fantastic throughout our afternoon of First Aid training! They asked great questions, listened well and proved their understanding during practical tasks.
Year 3 - Mini First Aid
Wow! It is amazing that Year 3 now have the skills to potentially save people’s lives. During the Mini First Aid session, children learnt CPR, the recovery position, how to help someone choking and how to treat burns. Fantastic work and experience for all.
Year 4 - First Aid Training
Today, Year 4 had the amazing opportunity to be trained in First Aid. We learned at skill of giving CPR and helping people who might be choking. Fantastic life skills to take with us!
Year 3 - Two dimensional shapes
Today Year 3 were very proud of themselves drawing two dimensional shapes with a ruler. Great work!
Year 2 - On a Microhabitats Hunt
Year 2 went on a microhabitat hunt around the school grounds. They had to find different microhabitats and investigate what minibeasts lived there. Lots of us were very brave to handle the different creatures that we found!! Although there were a few screams if any spiders were found!
