Playtime fun with Year 3
The rain doesn’t stop our fun. Old school colouring activities and fun on a wet playtime.
Year 4 - Evaporation
Year 4 #enjoyed learning about Evaporation in our investigation this week. We placed wet clothes in different places to see if the temperature affected how quick things took to dry.
Year 2 - Jigsaw and PE
A busy Thursday afternoon in Year 2. We are learning about Relationships and how to mend them if they are broken. We then finished our day with indoor PE, as it was raining outside!
Year 5 - Measuring the Force of Gravity!
Year 5 have had a great afternoon of Science! They've been using Newton meters to measure the force of gravity! #enjoy #evolve
Year Six - Science present their results
Year Six have been taking results from their shadows investigation and presenting them on a line graph. We learnt how to structure our graph with equal increments and a suitable scale.
We then reviewed our results and discussed if any variables influenced our findings.
Year 2 - Writing our own stories
Day 1 of writing our own stories based on Little Red Reading Hood. Such concentration to write the first 3 plot points. We can’t wait to write the middle and end of our stories.
Year 5 - Super Swimmers!
Year 5 have absolutely smashed it during their swimming lessons this year! Well done to everyone who were awarded with a swimming certificate this morning! #enjoy #embrace #evolve
Year 4 - Times Table Practise

Year 2 Now Press Play Science - Plants
Year 2 loved their Now Press Play lesson this afternoon on Plants. They got fully immersed in the story and learnt all about the best conditions for a seeds to grow. We found it that plants need water, sunlight and warmth to grow best.
Y3 Kind Notes
As part of our English (The Write Stuff) we had an experience session about kindness. We watched The Happy Prince, talked about different acts of kindness and enjoyed writing anonymous kind notes to someone in class. The kids loved it, it was so lovely seeing them reading their kind notes.
