Programming using Scratch Jr
Programming was a big hit this afternoon as Year 2 were introduced to a new app, Scratch Jr. They loved learning how to move the cat around the screen. You can download the app in the App Store.
Jigsaw - Keeping Safe - Personal Touch
In our Jigsaw lesson we talked about how people communicate using touch. We came up with lots of ideas for touches we like such as a tap on the shoulder, a hug or a pat on the pack. There were also lots of touches that we didn’t like such as pushing, hitting and kicking.
Nursery- Caterpillars
Nursery have welcomed their very own caterpillars, we are super excited to see them grow!
Nursery-Week 2 Snail Trail
Last week the children loved the story ‘Snail Trail’. They enjoyed a range of activities and created some lovely representations of their very own snail picture.
Year 1 - Maths
We are learning how to divide by 2, 10 and 5 in maths this week.
Year 1 - English
We enjoyed building a tent as part of our camping topic and then writing some instructions.
Nursery - Polling Day

Year 3 French Afternoon
Year 3 had a brilliant afternoon of French. We learnt French words for fruits, sang a song and learnt how to say foods are good and bad for you. We also tasted croissants and French Brie. A great afternoon!
Writing in Norse Runes
Y6 took a well-earned break from SATs prep, today, by learning about Norse Runes. First, we had to match runes to our own alphabet.
Nursery Stay and Play
What a lovely afternoon we had for our 'Stay & Play'. Thank you to all of the parents who were able to make it. It was great to catch up and lovely to you with your little ones in Nursery.
