Enjoying Whole Class Reading
Year 3 are enjoying reading Arthur and the Golden Rope and today were introduced to creating a timeline based on the events that I had read in the story. Great collaboration with their partners to sequence the events.

Year 1 learn about the Continents
Year 1 have been learning about the 7 continents. They located them and compared the distance with Europe, the North Pole and South Pole on the globes. They even logged into a live webcam at Antarctica.
Magnets - Attract or Repel?
Year 3 dived into the mesmerizing world of magnetic forces with a science experiments.
Predictions were made - would the magnets attract or repel? Then, the moment of truth arrived as they tested out their predictions with enthusiasm.

Year 1 worked collaboratively to group and categorise animals into 5 groups based on their features. They were shocked to find out that humans are actually animals!
