The Hangout - Fossil Printing
The Hangout loved creating fossil prints in the art studio. They enjoyed drawing their fossil on the polystyrene tiles, using the roller to put ink on it and then print into their sketchbooks.
The Hangout - Exploring Food

In computing sessions, The Hangout have been creating digital art. They have been using PixilArt website to create shapes.
Fossil Art - The Hangout
The Hangout loved joining Mrs Simpkin for art this afternoon. The focus was on fossils and drawing fossils with fine line pens. Amazing art work.

Pumpkin Soup - The Hangout
This week in The Hangout we read ‘Pumpkin Soup’ story, explored pumpkins and made our very own pumpkin soup! Yum! We carefully used knives to chop the pumpkin and onion, for ease we used a soup maker to cook our soup. It was delicious!

The Hangout have been practising their fundamental skills in PE Plus. They have been moving like animals such as, bouncing like kangaroos, rolling like hedgehogs, and climbing like monkeys!

This week The Hangout have been reading Supermarket Zoo, a lovely story. Our task was to use pictures from the story and sequence them correctly.
African Choir - The Hangout
The Hangout have enjoyed joining in with African drumming, African dancing and African singing led by the amazing African Choir. They’ve had a lovely day!
