Y5 had a great day visiting Edge Hill University and taking part in geography fieldwork around the campus! We also had a guided tour and saw many of the different buildings and areas of study that the university offer. A great addition to our Aspirations Weeks! #enjoy #embrace #evolve…

Y5 have been enjoying their learning on lifecycles in science. We have learnt about amphibians, insects and mammals – comparing them and finding similarities and differences. We also learnt about metamorphosis and how dragonflies experience ‘incomplete metamorphosis’.  #evolve…

What a fantastic day Y5 have had 'in the Amazon' on their Amazon simulation experience. We gathered water from our local well, made a filter using stones, led our tribe across the river and even fought our case in court against the sinister logging corporation. #enjoy #embrace #evolve…
