Year 4 - Parliament Week
Today, Year 4 #embraced Parliament week by understanding its importance and the decisions that take place there. We took a tour of the House of Commons and watched snippets of today’s debates. We then went on to research around climates changes ready for tomorrow’s debate!
Year 5 - Parliament Week!
Year 5 have been learning all about UK laws today as part of UK Parliament Week! They even made some suggestions of their own! #enjoy #evolve
Year Six Parliament Week
Year Six enjoyed learning about how laws are passed in Parliament, and the process of debating to green paper, to white paper and finally to Royal Ascent.
Year 1 Halloween Disco!
What a fabulous Halloween disco we had! The children had so much fun, dancing with their friends to spooky Halloween party songs!

Year 3 Halloween Disco
Spooky goings on in Year 3 as they enjoyed dressing up for Halloween Day. They loved their Halloween disco. Such a great effort with all the costumes.

Year Six Artsmark Day
Year Six have had a great time creating their collage artwork and using watercolours. We also read and performed poetry through the Jabberwocky by Lewis Carol.
Year 1 Arts and Culture Day!
Year 1 had a fantastic first day back! The children embraced the different activities of firework themed arts and culture. From painting to poetry the children took inspiration and used their individual creativity!

What a fantastic day celebrating art and culture around the theme of Fireworks!
In Year 2 we began the day by learning a really super poem by James Carter. We practiced using expression in our voices to make sure we portrayed the excitement that the poet wanted to show!
