Year 4 have well and truly #embraced Black History Month.

Year 5 have been learning all about Black History this week! We learnt all about who Stephen Lawrence was and what happened to him. We also learnt about Mary Seacole and the challenges she faced and the great things that she did!

Year Six have enjoyed studying Benjamin Zephaniah and his poetry, and how his poetry makes him a role model to young people.

Jigsaw Working Together
Lots of fun was had in a Jigsaw lesson, children were working together to create an animal and noise, the class had to cooperate with each other and listen for one animal stopping and starting again.
Y3 Science Forces
We have been learning about forces in science, we carried out a fair test using ramps and different surfaces. We found out that different surfaces affect the toy cars movement due to friction.
