Year 3 have enjoyed lots of activities this week. They’ve made yellow heart sun catchers for National Day of Reflection, loved team games in PE, some girls have worked with Ms Noon in the hangout, plus lots more. 

Year 3 have loved getting stuck into Maths Whizz on the new Chrome books! Look at the concentration! 

It is great being back together in school and we loved reconnecting with our friends.
We are loving starting some Easter crafts and had great fun playing out in the sun!

Spring has sprung! Year 1 had a wonderful time in the sunshine spotting signs of Spring. New leaves on the trees, flowers popping up everywhere, bees buzzing around ready to pollinate! They sketched what they could see and used fantastic vocabulary to compare Spring to the 3 other seasons! 

Year 4 #embraced calculating perimeters this week. We have worked using different methods and also found perimeters when sections have been removed. 

Year 5 have been measuring their shadows as part of their space topic in Science! #enjoy

Year 4 are loving having their spelling buddies back and being able to complete all of our fun spelling activities! 

The children have independently explored colours, marks and patterns to decorate their own Easter eggs.  
They used pegs and pom poms to dab the paint, choosing their own colours and exploring colour mixing.

Year 3 have had a lovely week. They have been working super hard in English following The Write Stuff technique.  They have been concentrating so hard all week. 
Also this week we have had our first virtual gathering and superhero dress up day for Comic Relief. 

When the handwriting police came to visit Year 3! We are working really hard with our handwriting and presentation, we have to with these two keeping a check on us! 

We loved dressing up as superheroes and in our Red Nose Day t-shirts, for our Zoom lessons. Although we could not be together in person, we enjoyed looking at the different costumes and there was lots of super hero chat!!! A great cause!
