Y6 really enjoyed their visit to the Imperial War Museum - North! We developed our understanding of different wartime efforts and got up-close to real artifacts from the Holocaust - our topic for the week.

We loved our WW1-themed outdoor learning! We bandaged comrades and avoided trip wires whilst trudging through muddy 'No Man's Land'.

Y6 began their Holocaust learning by studying the events which unfolded, and their significance to Jewish persecution. We're handling a very tricky subject with great maturity.

Some of our Year Sixes decided to spend their hard-earned Attendance Points, today, at our Attendance Cabinet! However, some savvy customers decided to save their points for next time, in the hope of selecting particular rewards...clever!

Y6 loved finding common and proper nouns around the classroom. Things became a little silly! 

Y6 have started their learning of biomes and climate zones!
