Year Six are smashing our in-class reading challenge by reading loads at home and moving up the reading ladder. Every fourth week, children get to unwrap a mystery book from a selection! Six children have achieved this so far - who will be next?

Y6 Vocabulary session
Y6 were great at seeking out new vocabulary for use in their Frankenstein narrative. We have focused on creating atmosphere and effect, which the children really enjoyed.

With 97.7% attendance for the week, Year Six got to choose a playground game to play during Friday break time with Mr Mather! They also got the chance to beat the queue's and have their dinner early in the hall!
