What an amazing day we had at Chester Zoo!!

What a fantastic start to the year in Year 3!
The children have loved being back in school and seeing their friends again. They have settled in so well and enjoyed lots of fun activities in class. 

Year 6 enjoyed their ' Pizza Party' after school. Chilling and playing with their friends before enjoying pizza and homemade Delph Side cakes.

Year 2 had fun this afternoon with their own class Sports Day.
They enjoyed the egg and spoon race, tennis ball relay, javelin and sprint races. So much effort and determination to try and win their races.

What a lovely way to spend a Friday afternoon!

Year 2 loved the art Zoom with Miss Breckell as they created their own masterpiece inspired by Alan Davie. Some amazing artwork.

Year 2 are loving their science work on Living Things. Today we were researching habitats and finding out animals and plants that lived there. We had to think about why they were suited to living in that habitat.

Another week.....and another Silent Disco attendance award for Year 2. Their attendance has been great over the last month and they have fully deserved another silent disco......some new songs this time as well!!!

Year 2 had a great time today as they celebrated International Mud Day. Mud pies, mud sanitiser, mud makeup and mud art were just some of the activities. They loved getting muddy!!

Year 2 loved that the sun ☀️ returned today so they could enjoy playtime together. The adventure playground is always a huge hit!

Year 2 had a blast at their Silent Disco today, as we raised money to support Asmall Primary School. Dancing, singing and enjoying time with friends. This was our Silent Disco number 3!!! We can't wait till our next one.

Great concentration and effort to the start the week in handwriting. We are trying so hard to write our letters the correct size and taking care to join our letters correctly. As you can see, it takes a lot of concentration!
