Easter themed activities - The Hangout
The Hangout have enjoyed the lead up to Easter. They have enjoyed Easter crafts, the Easter story, squirting the eggs with water and winning Easter chocolate. We also celebrated a birthday with a little party and treats!
Haka
In PE this half term pupils have been looking and creating their own Haka sequence within their dance unit.

Y5 visit the Runway Visitor Park
Y5 have had a blast at Runway Visitor Park at Manchester Airport. We've been on a DC-10, walked underneath Concorde and had a guided tour of Terminal 2. What a great day using our learning about gravity, air resistance and friction. #enjoy #wemakethedifference
Fieldwork in the local area
Year 3 enjoyed a Geography lesson where they went for a walk in the local area and used a map to find their way to different waypoints. Once there, they had to work out the OS symbol and the Four figure grid reference.
