Year 6 had a great morning making their rocky road ready for tomorrow’s Christmas Fayre!

Year 2 have been making Rudolph chocolate cornflake cakes for our Christmas fayre

Year 4 have been enjoying some Christmas crafts today in class ready for tomorrows Christmas Fayre. They’ve loved decorating tea light holders and making Rice Krispie cakes! 
 

This week, children in The Hangout have taken part in Christmas performances including singing at the concourse and Aaron Crest care home, as well as acting on the KS1 Christmas play. We are so proud of you. 

We are coming to the end of our first term and wow, what a difference 3 months makes! I am so proud of how far our diddy Delph-Siders have come. They are so independent and just love coming up with their own games and fascinations.

To wrap up their unit on the history of Skelmersdale, Year 6 created videos to showcase their learning! They had a great afternoon of presenting, filming and editing!

Year 4 have enjoyed some online research in this weeks computing lesson. We searched for famous birthdays and key events on our own birthdays and made notes. We found out some interesting information! 
 

Despite the winter conditions, Year Five enjoyed their latest workout with Edge Hill University, working on the Move Well Feel Good project. Balancing, aiming, throwing, catching and sprinting skills all on display.
